The Tae Kwon Do School of Excellence is pleased to invite you to the WINTER
COMPETITION of the FOUR SEASONS INVITATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. This
competition series has been developed to provide a quality event for students of all skill
levels and will be hosted quarterly.
We aspire to provide a learning experience for students not familiar with the WTF Olympic Style competition, while allowing the more seasoned competitors to have a great practice experience. All competitors will compete on fully matted rings for their safety and convenience. All Black Belts will use Daedo and all Rings will be Electronic Scoring. We will also have Breaking, Weapons, One-Steps, and Keibons!
The competition will be held at the Lake Wales High School Gymnasium in Lake Wales. We will be following modified WTF Olympic Style rules. There will be NO HEAD CONTACT FOR COMPETITIORS 11 AND UNDER. All 1st and 2nd place Sparring and Forms winners will receive a custom TROPHY! Custom Medals will be awarded to competitors placing 3rd and 4th in the divisions. All competitors will leave the competition with an award!!
To ensure the quality of the day of competition we request that you pre-register as many competitors as possible. We would love to have registration be finished early!!! Credential pick-up, check-in, and registration will begin at 8:00am. Competition will begin promptly at 9:30am.

POOMSE (FORMS): Competitors will be required to perform a WTF, ITF, ATA or Kukkiwon
approved poomse. Competitors MUST perform one of their top two poomse.
Black Belt Competitors will be required to perform their rank form.
ONE STEPS: Students will be paired according to rank age and size. They should plan to perform their best 5 one steps. The best 3 out of 5 will be declared the winner of the round. The bracket will be the same as Sparring.
BREAKING AND WEAPONS:
Competitors must provide all breaking material and it must be approved by the tournament director. - Boards will be available at $3.00 per small board and $4.00 per large board. Two small boards for $5.00 and two large boards for $7.00. - Concrete will also be available for purchase at $4.00 each piece.

~ Clean WHITE school or competition uniform (patches are allowed)
~ Sparring Equipment:
- WTF-approved Headgear
- WTF-approved trunk(chest) protector
- Protective cup for males (worn inside the pants)
- WTF-approved forearm, shin & insteps
o (foam kick & punch gear WILL be allowed)
- Mouthpiece
